What is pulper?
The pulper is one of the most commonly used pulping equipment in the pulp and paper industry. It mainly breaks pulp boards, waste books and waste cartons. The pulper drives the impeller to rotate through the motor, and the slurry in the tank is sucked along the center of the axis and thrown out from the circumference at high speed, forming a violent turbulent circulation. Due to the tearing of the impeller blades and the mutual movement of the slurry layers of different speeds, a huge friction is generated, which makes the slurry intensively decompose and separate the fibers in the wet state, and the fiber bundles are in the gap between the impeller and the sieve plate. Rubbing against each other increases the effect of fibrosis. However, since the movement of the pulp in the pulping barrel is roughly horizontal cutting, the formation is not uniform enough, which will affect the quality of the manufactured paper, and the pulping efficiency of current pulpers is low, which seriously restricts the production efficiency of pulp. Aiming at the defects and deficiencies of the technology, a new type of pulper has appeared.
The composition of the pulper
The structure of the pulper includes a frame and a pulping bucket fixed on the inner bottom wall of the frame, the bottom of the pulping bucket is connected to a discharge pipe, the end of the discharge pipe is provided with a solenoid valve, the top surface of the pulping bucket is open. The inner cavity of the pulping bucket is provided with a spindle, the top of the frame is fixed with a motor, the bottom end of the spindle is rotatably connected with the inner bottom wall of the pulping bucket, the top of the spindle is fixedly connected with the output end of the motor, the spindle body is covered with several stirring paddle, the shaft is covered with a fixed gear ring, the gear ring is arranged on the top surface of the pulping barrel, the gear ring and the main shaft are arranged coaxially, the outer side of the pulping barrel is provided with several slurry lifting components. The components are distributed in a circle on the pulping barre, the slurry lifting component includes a driven gear, a cylinder, and a screw set inside the cylinder, both ends of the cylinder are sealed. The shaft centers are arranged parallel to each other, the side wall of the pulping barrel is provided with a cylinder body feeding hole and a cylinder body outlet hole, the top of the cylinder is provided with a cylinder outlet hole connected with the cylinder body feeding hole. The bottom end is provided with a cylinder feed hole connected with the discharge hole of the cylinder, the bottom end of the screw is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the cylinder, the top of the screw passes through the top wall of the cylinder and is fixedly connected with the driven gear.
Working principle of pulper
The inner cavity of the pulping bucket is provided with a number of longitudinal disturbance mechanisms, which are distributed in a circle in the pulping bucket, including a guide cylinder, a spring, a lifting column and a guide ring. The guide tube is fixed on the inner bottom wall of the pulping bucket, the spring is fixed in the inner cavity of the guide tube, the column of the lifting column matches the guide tube, the column of the lifting column matches the inner hole of the guide ring, and the bottom of the gear ring The fixed pressing ring is arranged coaxially with the main shaft, and the lifting columns are arranged directly below the pressing ring. The bottom surface of the pressing ring is provided with a special-shaped surface, which is a continuous concave-convex shape along the circumferential direction of the pressing ring. One end of the lifting column is inserted into the guide tube from top to bottom and then pressed on the spring. The other end of the lifting column passes through the guide ring and then presses against the special-shaped surface of the pressure ring. One end of the compression ring on the column has a hemispherical shape. After the motor drives the main shaft to rotate, the stirring paddle is rotated to perform pulping treatment on the fluid inside the pulping barrel, and finally discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe.
During the pulping process, the main shaft rotates to drive the gear ring, and the rotating gear ring drives each driven gear to rotate, so that the screw rotates in the cylinder, and negative pressure is generated in the cylinder, and the slurry in the pulping barrel is sequentially pass through the discharge hole of the cylinder, and then return to the pulping barrel again to form a slurry cycle, and the slurry is pumped from the bottom to the top to realize the slurry in the height direction. At the same time, the continuous concave-convex shape pressing ring is pressed on the lifting column, the lifting column performs reciprocating movement in the guide cylinder, and the fixed plate makes the reciprocating movement of the slurry inside the pulping barrel to increase the flow capacity in the direction of the height of the slurry. To further improve the pulping effect of the slurry. In this structure, not only the flow capacity of the slurry in the pulping bucket can be improved, and the pulping effect can be improved, moreover, only one power mechanism can realize the multi-directional flow and stirring of the slurry in the pulping bucket and reduce the overall cost of the pulper.
